Objective To explore the influence of dropping-in follow-up supervision on medication adherence and clinical effect of pulmonary tuberculosis patients. Methods 400 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis who were registered and treated at our hospital from 1 July 2016 to 30 June 2018 were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into two group,"mobile tuberculosis clinic" dropping-in follow-up supervision group (observation group)and family supervision chemotherapy management group(control group). There were 200 patients in each group. Dropping-in follow-up supervision is based on family supervision chemotherapy management. The differences of the medication adherence and clinical effect of these two supervision management were analyzed by Chi-square test. Results The medication adherence rate of patients in dropping-in follow-up supervision group and the family supervision chemotherapy management group was 96.0% and 66.0%,respectively;and the difference reached statistical significance(P < 0.05). The clinical effective rate of patients in two groups was 98.0% and 80.5%,respectively;and the difference reached statistical significance(P < 0.05). Conclusion Dropping-in follow-up supervision can significantly improve the medication adherence and clinical effect of pulmonary tuberculosis patients. Dropping-in follow-up supervision will reduce the interruption of treatment and will improve the clinical effect,and will promote pulmonary tuberculosis patients’ recovery.%目的 探讨上门随访督导对肺结核患者服药依从性和疗效的影响.方法 将2016年7月1日至2018年6月30日在本院结核病门诊登记且在治的400例患者纳入研究,随机分为"移动结核门诊"上门随访督导组(观察组),家庭督导化疗管理组(对照组),每组各200例.上门随访督导组是在家庭督导化疗管理的基础上上门随访督导.采用χ2检验比较两组患者的服药依从性和疗效.结果 上门随访督导组和家庭督导化疗管理组患者的服药依从率分别为96.0%和66.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的有效率分别为98.0%和80.5%,差异亦具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 上门随访督导可明显提高肺结核患者服药依从性及疗效;减少中断治疗,提高治疗疗效,有利于促进肺结核患者的治愈和康复.
