老年肺结核患者服药依从性影响因素分析和护理对策探讨

Abstract：Objective To investigate the influencing factors and nursing measures to improve the medication compliance in elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods Selfmade questionnaire was used to investigate 100 elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. The potential influencing factor of medication compliance was analyzed and corresponding nursing measures were provided. Results The main influencing factors of medication compliance were low education level, less awareness of disease knowledge, be afraid of adverse reaction, poor cooperation and support form family. Health education, simplification of medication, strength communication with family, observation on adverse reaction and drug supervision were key points in nursing measures. Conclusion It is required to carry out comprehensive and systematic nursing interventions on elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis, in order to improve the disease awareness and medication compliance.
