Objective To investigate the effect of Vitamin D combined with anti tuberculosis drugs on the variation of T-lymphocyte subpopulation of patients with bone and joint tuberculosis. Methods 80 patients with bone and joint tuberculosis in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2018 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated by regular anti tuberculosis treatment, while the experiment group was given Vitamin D treatment on the base of the control group. The cure rate the variation of T-lymphocyte subpopulation were compared between two groups after treatment. Results The total effective rate(80.00%)of the control group was significantly lower than that of the experiment group(95.00%),statistically significant(P0.05),while the experiment group had clearly risen(P0.05)before treatment,and after treatment the CD4+/CD8+ of the experiment group was significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion Vitamin D combined with anti tuberculosis drugs can significantly improve the immune functions of patients with bone and joint tuberculosis,which can improve there cure rates,is a kind of therapy applications to be spreaded.%目的 探讨维生素D联合抗结核药对骨关节结核患者临床疗效及T淋巴细胞亚群变化的影响.方法 选择2016年5月至2018年5月骨关节结核患者80例,随机分为对照组与观察组.对照组予抗结核治疗,观察组在此基础上加用维生素D,比较两组患者用药后的治愈率及T淋巴细胞亚群的变化.结果 对照组治疗总有效率为80%,观察组治疗总有效率为95.0%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗结束后,对照组CD4+/CD8+比值无明显变化(P>0.05),观察组CD4+/CD8+比值明显上升(P<0.05);治疗后观察组CD4+/CD8+比值显著高于对照组.结论 维生素D配合抗结核药可显著改善结核患者的免疫功能,从而提高患者治愈率,值得推广应用.
