Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of endoscopic sinus surgery for isolated fungal sphenoid sinusitis. Methods From Feb. 20th,2016 to Jan. 20th,2018,23 patients with isolated fungal sphenoid sinusitis underwent endoscopic sphenoidal sinus surgery in our department were retrospectively analyzed in terms of clinical data,surgical methods and follow-up. Results Twenty-three patients were followed up for 10 to 34 months after endoscopic sinus surgery. Twenty-two cases were cured,one case recurred,and one case was cured after reoperation. No serious complications occurred after operation. Conclusion Transnasal endoscopic surgery for isolated fungal sphenoid sinusitis has obvious advantages,such as minimal trauma,high cure rate and so on.%目的 探讨经鼻内窥镜下手术治疗孤立性真菌球性蝶窦炎的临床疗效.方法 回顾性分析2016年2月至2018年1行经鼻内镜下蝶窦开放、病变切除的23例孤立性真菌球性蝶窦炎患者的临床资料、手术方式及随访情况.结果 23例患者鼻内镜术后经10~34个月随访,治愈22例,复发1例,经再次手术后治愈.术后无严重并发症发生.结论 经鼻内镜手术治疗孤立性真菌球性蝶窦炎创伤小、治愈率高,有明显优势.
