自体富血小板血浆在基层医院压疮患者中的应用疗效

摘要

目的 观察自体富血小板血浆(PRP)在社区压疮患者护理中的应用效果.方法 2012年10月至2016年2月压疮患者50例,将其分为对照组和观察组各25例.对照组仅给予一般治疗,观察组采用PRP治疗.比较两组治疗效果和患者满意度调查.结果 观察组患者的治疗效果,患者满意度均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 PRP治疗压疮疗效显著,患者满意度高且价格低廉、安全性高,值得社区推广使用.%Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of PRP in nursing care of patients with bedsore in the community.Methods 50 patients with bedsore from February 2016 to October 2012 in our hospital were analyzed and divided into control group and observation group of 25 cases each.The control group was given only general treatment, and the observation group was treated with PRP.Comparison of two groups of treatment effect and patient satisfaction survey.Results The treatment effect and patient satisfaction of the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of PRP in treating bedsore is significant and PRP has high patient satisfaction and low price, high safety, worthy of wide application in the community.
