输尿管下段结石误诊临床分析

摘要

目的：分析输尿管下段结石误诊为其他疾病的原因，以提高本病诊断的准确率。方法回顾性分析2012年1月至2015年12月34例输尿管下段结石误诊患者的临床资料。结果误诊为前列腺炎21例、不全性肠梗阻8例、阑尾炎2例、盆腔炎3例。结论输尿管下段结石临床表现复杂多样，易误诊误治，临床医师应积累临床经验、详细询问病史和正规的体格检查、合理应用各种辅助检查手段，以减少误诊，减轻患者痛苦。%ObjectiveTo analyze the causes of misdiagnosis of lower ureteral calculi , so as to improve the diagnosis of lower ureteral calculi disease.MethodsThe clinical data of 34 patients with lower ureteral calculi misdiagnosed from January 2012 to December 2015 were analyzed retrospectively.Results 21 cases were misdiagnosed as prostatitis, 8 cases of incomplete intestinal obstruction, 2 cases of appendicitis, 3 cases of pelvic inflammatory disease.Conclusion Low ureteral stones clinical manifestation is complicated, it is easy to be misdiagnosed. Detailed history and regular physical examination, and reasonable application of various auxiliary examination methods, should be involved in order to reduce the misdiagnosis.
