维拉佐酮关键中间体合成研究进展

摘要

5-（哌嗪-1-基）苯并呋喃-2-酯基或酰胺化合物是抗抑郁药维拉佐酮的关键中间体。综述了5-（哌嗪-1-基）苯并呋喃-2-酯基或酰胺化合物几种有代表性的合成路线，并通过不同的反应类型对哌嗪环的引入进行了论述。%5-(1-piperaziny)benzofuran-2-ester group or amide group compound is an important inter-mediate of antidepressant Vilazodone. This article summarized some representative synthetic routes of 5-(1-piperaziny)benzofuran-2- ester group or amide group compound, and discussed the different methods for in-troduction of piperazine ring.
