发光细菌测试技术在黄河水质评价中的应用

         

摘要

Based on the water samples of the Yellow River,choosing typical toxic chemical compound,this paper carried out a series of simulated experiments of biological comprehensive toxicity monitoring. The results show that the water samples of the Yellow River can perfectly meet the needs of Luminescent Bacteria Testing Technology after simple disposals;the Luminescent Bacteria has a high sensitivity to the typical environmen-tal pollutants,which can be used to reflect the toxicity degree,the comprehensive influence on the living beings in water body and the synergistic effects of different toxicities quickly and accurately. This method is simple and rapid in operation with high selectivity and credibility. Consequent-ly,it is strong persuasive in water quality evaluation and will have a broad application prospect in water environment monitoring of the Yellow River.%以黄河水体为试验载体,选取河流典型有毒化合物,进行了一系列生物综合毒性监测模拟试验,结果表明:黄河干流水体经过简单处理后,完全满足费歇尔弧菌水体综合毒性监测的要求;该发光细菌对环境典型的污染物具有很好的灵敏性,能很好地反映出毒性大小以及给出毒性物质对水中生物的综合影响,快速准确地反映出不同毒性物质间的协同作用;该方法操作简单、选择性强、速度快、结果可信度高,对河流水质分析评价具有很强的说服力,在黄河水环境监测管理中有广阔的应用前景。
