开展优质护理服务的影响因素和管理对策

     

摘要

目的:分析优质护理在开展过程中的影响因素以及管理对策。方法我们选取2010年10月至2011年9月未开展优质护理服务前住院患者107例作为对照组,选取2012年10月至2013年10月开展优质护理服务后住院患者107例作为观察组,将两组患者治疗结束后的护理效果进行比较。结果观察组患者对护理工作的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论将优质护理干预措施应用于住院患者的临床护理中,促进了基础护理持续改进和提高,有效改善了护患关系,提高了患者对护理工作的满意度,对提升整体护理质量有重要作用。%Objectiveto analyze the factors affecting quality care in carrying out the process and management strategies. Methods We selected october 2010 -2011 september undeveloped quality care before the 107 cases of hospitalized patients as a control group,select the conduct quality care in october 2012 in october 2013 as 107 cases of hospitalized patients in the observation group,nursing effect will end after two groups of patients were compared.Results the patient satisfaction with care was signiifcantly higher (P<0.05),with statistical signiifcance.Conclusion the quality nursing interventions used in clinical care of hospitalized patients in primary care to promote the continuous improvement and improve,improve the nurse-patient relationship,improve patient satisfaction with care,and to improve the overall quality of care has an important role .
