目的：探讨应用梅花针联合拔罐与更昔洛韦眼用凝胶治疗眼睑带状疱疹患者的临床效果。方法选取2013年4月至2014年3月于我院进行治疗的94例眼睑带状疱疹患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组47例，对照组给予更昔洛韦眼用凝胶治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上应用梅花针联合拔罐治疗。比较两组治疗的效果。结果观察组的治疗有效率为95.7%，对照组的治疗有效率为76.6%，观察组的治疗有效率高于对照组，具有统计学差异（P<0.05）。结论应用梅花针联合拔罐与更昔洛韦眼用凝胶治疗眼睑带状疱疹疗效显著，减轻患者后遗性神经疼痛，值得在临床上推广使用。%Objective to investigate the clinical effect on treatment of herpes zoster by plum blossom needle combined with cupping therapy and ganciclovir ophthalmic gel. Methods from april 2013 to March 2014 in our hospital, 94 cases of patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into the control group and observation group, each of 47 cases. the control group patients received ganciclovir ophthalmic gel treatment, on the basis of which, the observation group patients received plum blossom needle combined with cupping therapy. the clinical effect of two groups were compared. Results the effective rate of the observation group was 95.7%, higher than the control group of 76.6%, with a significant difference (P <0.05).Conclusion The therapy of plum blossom needle combined with cupping therapy and ganciclovir ophthalmic gel can significantly relieve postherpetic neuropathic pain in patients with herpes zoster, and is worth popularizing in clinical use.
