产前超声在胎儿心血管畸形诊断中的应用价值

objective: to investigate the application value of prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of fetal cardiovascular malformations.Methods: in our hospital from 2012 May to 2014 May were treated in the hospital from 2450 cases of prenatal ultrasound examination of pregnant women were analyzed retrospectively, to summarize and analyze the risk factors of prenatal ultrasound examination and cardiovascular malformations, statistical analysis of the diagnostic accuracy of prenatal ultrasound. results: 2450 cases of pregnant women were detected in 15 cases of fetal cardiovascular malformations, the incidence rate was 0.61%.the ultrasound diagnosis of high risk factors of fetal cardiovascular malformations are age, history and medication history of pregnancy.the results showed that more than 35 years old, a history of abnormal pregnancy and medication history of pregnant women the incidence of fetal congenital heart disease was significantly higher than that in less than 35 years, without abnormal pregnancy history and medication history of the fetus, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).conclusion: pregnant women prenatal ultrasound examination, timely early screening, early diagnosis and early intervention can effectively reduce the neonatal defect rate and improve the quality of life of newborn.%目的：探讨产前超声在胎儿心血管畸形诊断中的应用价值。方法选取我院2012年5月～2014年5月门诊收治的2450例行产前超声检查的孕妇进行回顾性研究，总结并分析产前超声检查结果及心血管畸形发生的高危因素，统计分析产前超声的诊断准确性。结果2450例孕妇中检出有15例胎儿心血管畸形，其发病率为0.61%。经超声诊断为胎儿心血管畸形的高危因素有年龄、妊娠史及服药史。结果显示≥35岁、有异常妊娠史及服药史孕妇胎儿心血管畸形发生率显著高于<35岁、无异常妊娠史及服药史的孕妇胎儿，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论孕妇行产前超声检查，及时进行早筛查、早诊断及早干预，能有效降低新生儿的缺陷率，改善新生儿的生活质量。
