179例呼吸重症患者中心静脉置管感染的相关因素分析及护理对策

摘要

Objective To analyze the related factors of the infection of central venous catheter (CVC), and put forward the corresponding nursing countermeasures.Methods The clinical data of 179 patients from November 2013 to December 2015 who underwent CVC in our hospital were selected and analyzed retrospectively. The relative factors of CVC infection were analyzed retrospectively.Results 21 cases of CVC infection, the infection rate was 11.73%, the incidence of infection and the location of the catheter, catheter indwelling time, the degree of puncture and whether the strict aseptic operation, and other factors related to the occurrence of infection.Conclusion Choosing the optimal placement of the catheter, shortening the indwelling time of the catheter, strengthening the training and improving the level of puncture, strict aseptic operation, is an important nursing measures to prevent the occurrence of CVC infection.%目的：分析引起中心静脉置管（CVC）感染的相关因素，提出相应的护理对策。方法选取2013年11月至2015年12月在本院呼吸重症监护病房行CVC的179例患者的临床资料，回顾性分析CVC感染的相关因素。结果21例CVC发生感染，感染发生率为11.73％，感染的发生与置管部位、导管留置时间、穿刺熟练程度及是否严格无菌操作等因素相关。结论选择最佳置管部位、尽量缩短导管留置时间、加强培训与提高穿刺水平、严格无菌操作等，是有效预防CVC感染发生的重要护理对策。
