氧化苦参碱对改善老龄小鼠学习记忆功能的影响

         

摘要

目的 探讨氧化苦参碱对改善老龄小鼠学习记忆能力的影响.方法 健康老龄小鼠随机分为4组(n=11),分别为对照组、氧化苦参碱5、10、20 mg/kg组.各组给药7天后进行跳台试验及Morris水迷宫试验,以测定动物的学习记忆能力.结果 在跳台试验中,与对照组相比,氧化苦参碱20mg/kg组小鼠跳上时间减少(P<0.05),氧化苦参碱10、20mg/kg组平台潜伏期延长(P<0.05),错误次数减少(P<0.05).在水迷宫试验中,与对照组相比,氧化苦参碱10 mg/kg组第2~4天潜伏期缩短(P<0.05),氧化苦参碱20mg/kg组第2、4天潜伏期缩短(P<0.05),两组穿越平台次数增加(P<0.05).结论 氧化苦参碱可能能提高老龄小鼠学习记忆能力,且呈明显的剂量-效应关系.%Objective To investigate the effect of oxymatrine on learning and memory ability in elderly mice. Methods Healthy elderly mice were randomly divided into 4 groups (control group, oxymatrine 5, 10 and 20 mg/kg groups, n = 11).After 7 days of administration, the stand-jumping test and Morris water maze test of each group were used to observe the learning and memory ability. Results In the stand-jumping test, compared with control group, the time of jumping to platform of oxymatrine 20 mg/kg group decreased(P<0.05), the platform latentperiod of oxymatrine 10 and 20 mg/kg groups extended (P<0.05), and the error reaction times reduced (P<0.05). In the Morris water maze test, compared with control group, the latentperiod of oxymatrine 10 mg/kg group (in the 2nd to 4th day) and 20 mg/kg group (in the 2nd, 4th day) shortened (P<0.05), and the times of crossing platform of oxymatrine 10 and 20 mg/kg groups increased (P<0.05).Conclusion Oxymatrine could improve learning and memory ability in elderly mice in a dose-dependent manner.
