化瘀中药加核糖核酸在治疗小鼠溃疡性结肠炎中对TNF-α的影响

Objective: To observe the effect of stasis removing herbs plus RNA-based drugs on TNF- alpha in mice with ulcerative colitis ( UC ). Methods:A total of 42 mice with UC, female or masculinity were chosen and divided into three groups, control group, stasis removing herbs plus RNA-based drugs group and norfloxacin group. After eight-day observation and treatment, we measured the changes of TNF-α. Results: The stasis removing herbs plus RNA-based drugs group presented obvious therapeutic effect. The level of TNF-ct reduces to the normal level ( P <0. 01 ). Conclusion: Stasis removing herbs plus RNA-based drugs have obvious therapeutic effect on UC, and one of its mechanisms is to reduce the level of TNF-α.%目的:观察化瘀中药加核糖核酸在治疗小鼠溃疡性结肠炎中对TNF-α的影响.方法:选择小鼠42只,雌雄兼用,如何分组分为对照组、RNA、氟哌酸治疗组.治疗8 d后测TNF-α的量的变化.结果:经RNA治疗后,查TNF-α水平降至正常(P<0.01).对照组及氟哌酸组如何.结论:化瘀中药加RNA治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效明显,能使这一内科顽症在短时间内恢复,其作用机制之一是降低血清TNF-α水平.
