探索证候与影像相关性，构建中医证候影像新学科

摘要

Comprehensive analysis of the four examinations and treatment based on syndrome differentiation are the basic methods and unique feature of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment.Modern imaging is the extension and development of the inspection.The syndrome involved in the different stages of disease is the basis of pathophysiology or/and pathological anatomy changes,and may be the basis of correlation between TCM syndromes and medical imaging.It is of great significance to explore and clarify the correlation between TCMsyndromes and medical imaging diagnosis criteria,the value of diagnosis and effect evalua-tion,the physiological and pathological basis and to construct TCM syndrome imaging system in promoting TCM and modern sci-ence and technologic theory and practical convergence,as well as in improving clinical diagnosis and treatment.%四诊合参，辨证论治是临床中医诊断与治疗疗疾病的基本方法和特色。现代影像学是人体运用视觉诊断疾病即望诊的延伸和发展。发生于疾病不同阶段的证候，以该病病理生理或／及病理解剖的变化为基础，是中医证候与医学影像可能具备相关性的立论依据。探索并逐步阐明西医常见病中医证候与该病医学影像诊断指标的相关性、诊断与疗效评价价值及其生理病理基础，构建中医证候影像学体系，对于促进中医与现代科学技术理论与实践的融合，临床诊疗水平提高具有重要意义。
