某大直径冲钻孔灌注桩工程施工质量控制

摘要

Impact bored piles is adaptable small vibration without compaction,and its impact on the surrounding en-vironment and nearby buildings is small,and it can through a variety of complex formation and form a larger bearing capacity of single pile.With the development of the social development,pile diameter and pile length of impact bored piles is increasing and single pile bearing capacity is becoming more and more high.The construction is difficult and it is easy to produce quality accident.A bridge pile foundation engineering pile diameter is 1 .8 m,pile length of 3 6 m large diameter impact bored piles (rock-socketed pile).Due to a comprehensive quality management and the use of ad-vanced construction technology,the construction quality is ensured.%冲钻孔灌注桩适应性强、小震动、无挤土,对周围环境及邻近建筑物影响小,能穿越各种复杂地层和形成较大的单桩承载力。随着社会建设的发展,冲钻孔灌注桩的桩径和桩长不断加大,单桩承载力也越来越高。其施工难度加大,易发生质量事故。某桥梁基础工程桩为桩径1.8 m,桩长36 m 的大直径冲钻孔灌注桩(嵌岩桩)。由于进行全面质量管理和采用先进的施工工艺,确保了施工质量。
