The present invention provides a construction method for a super-long small-diameter hole bored pile, the construction method comprising the following steps: measurement and positioning, casing burial, drill bit improvement and correction, slurry preparation, drilling, hole verticality checking, primary hole clearing, hole completion acceptance checking, steel reinforcement cage manufacturing and installation, pipe installation, secondary hole clearing and concrete pouring. The present construction method is suitable for bored piles having a longer length and a smaller diameter, and by means of improving the drill bit, the amount of wear on the drill bit is greatly reduced, the number of times the drill bit is replaced is reduced, and time is saved. Multiple reinforcing modes are used in manufacturing the steel reinforcement cage, and thus overall structural stability is stronger, and strength and safety are better. The invention features convenient construction operations and a broad range of use, is not limited by sites, and produces holes that are sturdy and stable, with few collapses. The invention also features little dust pollution and meets requirements for green construction.
