Construction method for a mixed pile in the ground uses driven mixer worm with outer tubing in bore hole to mix excavated material with binding agent for reproducible quality

For the construction, a bore hole is made in the ground, and the excavated material is mixed within the hole with a binding agent or a suspension containing a binding agent, applied in doses during the mixing stage. Loosening and mixing is carried out by an internal rotating mixer element, e.g. a mixer worm (6) with drive (5a,b), within outer tubing (7) inserted into the ground (8). The tubing is withdrawn after completion of the mixing process. The mixer element extends over the full length of the tubing. During the mixing phase, it is axially moved within the tubing and/or its direction of rotation is reversed pref. several times.
