2×95m铁路单线预应力混凝土T形刚构桥设计

             

摘要

关庙大桥为西康增建二线铁路的重点工程,采用(95+95) m 预应力混凝土单 T 刚构桥,桥高近70 m ,大桥两侧连接隧道。主梁为单箱单室变高度直腹板箱形截面,为双向预应力体系,采用挂篮悬臂浇筑施工;桥墩采用矩形空心墩,墩高58 m ,墩顶及墩底分别设置5 m 和8 m 的实体段;桥墩基础采用16 m(长)×19 m(宽)×15 m(高)矩形明挖满灌混凝土扩大基础。采用有限元软件建立该桥模型,对结构进行静动力分析及车桥耦合动力仿真分析。分析结果表明,该桥结构变形、变位、应力及自振频率等指标均符合规范规定,单 T 刚构桥结构满足铁路运行安全要求。%The Guanmiao Bridge is a key part of the Second Xi′an-Ankang Railway Line .The bridge adopts the (95 + 95) m prestressed concrete single T-shaped rigid-frame structure . The bridge rises about 70 m and connects tunnels on both ends .The main girder adopts the single cell single box cross section with straight webs of variable depth ,which belongs to a two-way prestress system .The main girder was cast in situ by using form travelers .The pier is a rectangular hollow pier with a height of 58 m ,having a 5 m long solid top section and an 8 m long solid bottom sec-tion .The bridge foundation adopts the 16 m (length) × 19 m (width ) × 15 m (height )rectangular open excavation spread foundation filled fully with concrete .The finite element model of the bridge was built to carry out the static and dynamic analysis of the structure and the simulation analysis of vehicle-bridge coupling .The results of the analysis demonstrate that the deformation ,displace-ment ,stress and natural vibration of the bridge structure all meet the code requirements and the single T-shaped rigid-frame bridge is able to meet the service safety requirements of railway .
