移动车辆作用下曲线桥梁横向力仿真分析

         

摘要

目前曲线桥梁设计中,在移动车辆作用下横向力计算只考虑圆周运动的离心力,与实际情况存在较大偏差,为了精确计算移动车辆作用下曲线桥梁横向力,采用《公路桥涵设计通用规范》(JTG D60-2004)中横向力计算理论,按照不同曲线半径、不同车速,利用有限元软件建立车辆在曲线桥梁上行驶、刹车的仿真模型进行有限元分析。结果显示:车辆在曲线桥梁上行驶时,曲线桥梁支座平面合力和剪力的大小与方向都在不停变化,刹车引起的横向力十分明显;刹车效应和横向力正向叠加,设置单一支座的方法是不妥当的。针对分析结果,提出曲线桥梁支座设置建议。%In the current curved bridge design ,the calculation of transverse force under the moving vehicles only takes into account of the circular motion centrifugal force ,resulting in great difference between the calculated value and the actual condition .In order to accurately calculate the transverse force of curved bridge under the action of moving vehicles , the theory of transverse force calculation prescribed in the General Code for Design of Highway Bridges and Culverts (JTG D60‐2004) was adopted to do finite element analysis .The simulation models of the riding and bra‐king of vehicles on the curved bridge were established using the finite element software according to the different curvature radii and different vehicle speed .The results of the analysis show that w hen vehicles are riding on a curved bridge ,the scale and direction of girder plan resultant forces and shear forces of bearings keep changing ,the transverse force induced by braking is significant , the braking effect and transverse force are normally superimposed ,therefore ,the measure of in‐stalling single bearing is not wise .In light of the results of the analysis ,the advices for bearing ar‐rangement in curved bridges w ere given .
