曲线桥梁横向力作用系数的研究

             

摘要

为尽量避免因横向力考虑不周对曲线桥梁所产生的不良后果,分析横向力对曲线桥梁的影响,总结横向力系数阈值的确定原则,在此基础上利用ANSYS‐LS‐DYNA分别建立某三跨连续刚架曲线桥及某板梁桥的有限元模型,进行车辆圆周运动及超车时程的仿真计算,分析横向力系数的规范计算结果与仿真结果的偏差及超车对横向力的影响。结果表明:按《公路桥涵设计通用规范》(JTGD60-2004)计算的横向力系数理论值和有限元仿真值较吻合,但对运行车辆的冲击效应等附加因素考虑不足,总体来说,估计量偏小;车辆在曲线上超车运行时,会引起较大的横向力,当其与车辆在曲线上行驶所产生的离心力发生线性叠加时,应引起充分的注意,以免造成运营中支座抗剪能力的不足,甚至梁体的外移。%To possibly avoid the adverse consequence that might be brought on the curved bridge due to the inconsideration of lateral force ,the influences of the lateral force on the curved bridge were analyzed and the determination principles of the threshold values of the lateral force coefficients were summarized .On the basis of the analysis ,the ANSYS‐LS‐DYNA was used to respectively establish the finite element models for a three‐span continuous curved rigid‐frame bridge and a slab beam bridge ,the simulation calculation of the circular motion and overtaking time‐history of vehicle was made and the differences between the calculation results in the code and the simulation results of the lateral force coefficients and the influences of the overtaking on the lateral force were analyzed .The results of the analysis demonstrate that the theoretical values of the lateral force coefficients calculated according to the General Code f or Design of Highw ay Bridges and Culverts (JTG D60‐2004) are agreeable with the values of the finite element simula‐tion .How ever ,some of the additive factors ,such as the impact effect of the traveling vehicle , were not sufficiently considered in the theoretical values in the code and generally ,the estimation amount of the impact effect is little .The overtaking of the vehicle on curved line will produce great lateral force and sufficient attention should be paid to the linear superimposition of the later‐al force and the centrifugal force caused by the vehicle traveling on curved line so as to avoid oc‐currence of the insufficient shear capacity of the bearings and even the outwards moving of the girder .
