目的:了解甘肃省6 家企、事业单位3 328 名在职职工亚健康人群比例状况,为企、事业单位在职职工的预防保健工作提供依据.方法:通过健康体检和亚健康问卷调查,对甘肃省6 家企、事业单位3 328名在职职工进行健康状况调查.结果:调查人群男性患病比例为8.36%,健康比例为25.50%,亚健康比例为66.14%;女性患病比例为9.35%,健康比例为21.20%,亚健康比例为69.45%.结论:甘肃省部分企、事业单位在职职工健康状况不容乐观,亚健康人群比例较高,应加大关注力度,同时采取相应预防保健措施干预在职职工亚健康状态,提高职工健康生命质量.%Objective: To provide evidence for the prevention and healthcare of staff in enterprises and institutions through knowing the ratio of 3,328 subhealth workers in six enterprise and institutions of Gansu province. Method: Staff was investigated with checkup and subhealth questionnaire. Result: The prevalence of male was 8.36%, ratio of healthy people was 25.50%, ratio of subhealth worker was 66.14%; the prevalence of female was 9.35%, ratio of healthy people was 21.20%, ratio of subhealth worker was 69.45%. Conclusion: Healthy status of the staff in enterprise and institutions is not optimistic since the ratio of subhealth worker is higher, to which we should be paid more attention. The corresponding measures of prevention and healthcare should be taken to intervene in subhealth status of workers and improve life quality of worker.
