目的：观察参芪扶正注射液在胃癌术后辅助化疗中增加和稳定卡氏评分，减轻白细胞下降、恶心呕吐等毒副反应的疗效。方法：将70例胃癌术后患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各35例。治疗组采用参芪扶正注射液250 mL 静脉滴注，1次/d，连用12天，在化疗当天开始用药；对照组常规化疗。所有病例均治疗3个周期。结果：卡氏评分增加、稳定率治疗组为80%，对照组为42.85%，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。白细胞下降、恶心呕吐、血小板减少、血红蛋白下降等毒副作用的发生率治疗组均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：参芪扶正注射液能提高胃癌患者术后生活质量，减轻化疗引起的毒副作用。%Objective: To observe clinical effects of ShenQi FuZheng injection combined with chemotherapy in increasing and stabilizing Karnofsky (KPS) scores, relieving WBC decrease, toxicities such as nausea and vomiting in the adjunctive therapy for the patients after the surgery of gastric cancer. Methods: Seventy patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group, 35 cases each group. The treatment group were given intravenous drip-ping of ShenQi FuZheng injection, 250mL, once per day, for 12 consecutive days, medicating at the day of chemother-apy given to the patients; the control group routine chemotherapy. Chemotherapy was performed for three cycles. Re-sults: KPS increase and stabilization rate of the treatment group was 80%, higher than 42.85% of the control group, the difference demonstrated statistical meaning (P<0.05). The treatment group was lower than the control group in the in-cidences of the toxicities including WBC decrease, nausea and vomiting, blood platelet decrease, hemoglobin decrease (P<0.05). Conclusion: ShenQi FuZheng injection could increase quality of life of the patients after the surgery of gas-tric cancer, and it could relieve the toxicity induced by chemotherapy.
