民间融资风险迁移模式与缓释机制研究

摘要

In recent years, the private financing has been active in some regions in China, and is in some degree associated with coal, real estate, finance, futures and other industries. Based on a summary of the characteristics of some typical cases on private fi-nancing, the paper mainly analyses the causes and transfer modes of the risks, and according to the national laws and regulations and policy requirements, puts forward opinions and suggestions to release private financing risk and guide it to support the real economy development.%近年来，我国个别地方民间融资活跃，并与煤炭、房地产、金融、期货等行业有关联。本文在归纳部分民间融资典型案例特点基础上，深入剖析其风险成因和迁移模式，结合国家法律法规和政策导向，提出缓释民间融资风险和引导其支持实体经济发展的意见与建议。
