近期全国水利信息化研究与实践成果综述--中国水利学会水利信息化专业委员会2013学术年会论文评述

摘要

随着3S、物联网、云计算、大数据等新兴信息技术的发展，水利信息化研究与建设实践也进入新的阶段。依据中国水利学会水利信息化专委会2013学术年会论文遴选的情况，从前沿探索、应用研究和实践经验等3个方面对来稿内容进行简要归纳与评述，力图从整体上反映近期全国水利信息化研究与实践取得的成果。%The research and construction practice of water resources informatization has entered a new stage, with the development of information technology, such as 3S, the Internet of Things, cloud computing, big data, etc. According to the papers of 2013 annual conference of water informatization professional committee, CHES, this paper briefly summarizes and reviews papers from the aspects of frontier exploration, application research, and practical experience to reflect research and practice achievements of the recent national water resources informatization on the whole.
