高职模具专业人才知识结构研究

摘要

The key competition of the enterprises is the competition of talents. In the intense market competition pro-cess, enterprise recruitment standards changed greatly. So in higher vocational colleges the personnel training goal and the curriculum system also changed. The guidance of employment can be reflected. They would closely integrate with enterprise. Based on the investigation of enterprises information, the struc-ture system of mould specialty knowledge in higher vocational colleges was studied. It will have certain guidance function to train the mould technology talents with high-quality, high-skilled, strong comprehensive application ability, analyz-ing problems and solving the problem well.%企业的竞争关键是人才的竞争，在激烈的市场竞争过程中，企业的人才录用标准也发生着显著的变化，这就要求高职院校人才培养目标和课程体系要始终保持变革，体现就业导向，与企业紧密接轨。本文依据企业调研信息，研究了高职模具专业人才知识结构体系，对于高职院校培养高素质、高技能的有较强综合应用能力，能分析问题、解决问题的模具技术人才具有一定指导作用。
