#$%^&*AU2017248515A120180510.pdf#####25 Abstract A computer-implemented application 11 for recruiting professional personnel maintains a personnel database 20 of personal employment details of 5 professional personnel who have signed-up and provided their personal employment details for storage in the personnel database 20, including their professional skills and experience. The application 11 also generates and displays a recruiter user interface to enable recruiters to access the database 20 and conduct a search of personal employment details of professional 10 personnel stored in the personnel database 20. When one or more suitable candidates that match the search criteria specified by the user have been located, the application 11 will process the personal employment details of the candidates to generate a plurality of visualisation tools representing the personal employment details of the candidates, grouped according to the 15 search criteria and/or other criteria, in an easily readable format.
