浅析中职校对抗型非正式群体及教育策略

摘要

Against informal group has a bad effect on class atmosphere and the style of study in secondary vocational schools. This paper analyzed the characteristics of against informal group, and pointed out its harmfulness, and gave the solving solutions on how to correctly educate against informal group from the perspectives of family, school and society.%中职生对抗型非正式群体对中职校班风、学风有着不良影响。通过分析中职生对抗型非正式群体的特征，指出了其危害性，并从家庭、学校、社会三个角度就如何正确教育中职生非正式群体提出了解决策略。
