高职高专面点工艺专业实践课程设置及教学内容改革的思考

To Meet the new requirements on pastry major in modern society, professional teachers need to reform the course setting and teaching content and to enhance teachers’professional quality and make some other efforts constantly in the professional teaching to improve the teaching level of teachers and the method of teaching to enhance the overall skills level of students.%为了适应现代社会对面点工艺专业提出的新的要求，需要专业教师在进行专业教学中不断改革课程设置与教学内容，提升教师专业素质等手段来提高教学水平、改善教学方法，以此来提高学生的整体技术水平。
