中职学生人文素养现状调查分析--以南通中专学生为例

摘要

As the rapid development of the society, there is a big challenge as how to improve the humanity accomplishment of secondary vocational school students,which covers the current teaching ideas, teaching methods and qualities of teachers.Despite of this, the cultivation of humanistic accomplishment is not only the progress of mutation of knowledge and skills,but also the key to improve the integrated quality of secondary vocational school students.The writer did a research on the current status of humanistic accomplishment in vocational schools,and indicates that the cultivation of humanistic accomplishments is affected by the deficiency of the following aspects:course configuration, quality of teachers, teaching methods and campus atmosphere.%随着时代发展，如何提升中职学校学生人文素养问题对现行的职育教学理念、教学方式以及教师自身素质等方面提出了重大的挑战，而人文素养的培塑是知识学问和专业技能变异的过程，是职业教育中提升学生综合素养的关键。笔者开展了人文素养现状的调查分析，表明学校在课程设置、师资水平、教学方法、校园文化氛围等方面存在的不足影响了学生人文素养的生成。
