中小企业员工培训效果影响因素实证研究--基于对九江地区的调查

     

摘要

从个人、组织和培训系统三个方面提出研究假设,通过对九江地区30家中小型企业员工培训情况的问卷调查,对影响中小企业培训效果的因素进行实证研究,得出以下结论:个人因素对培训效果有显著影响,其中受训态度和工作投入度对培训效果的影响作用最为明显;组织因素对培训效果有促进和强化作用,其中影响最显著的因素是对培训重视程度和企业学习氛围;培训系统因素中对培训效果影响最显著的是培训内容和培训时间。%Based on the hypothesis from three aspects of individual factors, organizational factors, and training system factors, the empirical study of the factors influencing the effectiveness of enterprise training has been conducted through a questionnaire survey on staff training of 30 small and medium enterprises in Jiujiang district. The following conclusions have been drawn: individual factors have significant influence on the effectiveness of training and the influence of attitude on training and job involvement is the most obvious; organizational factors can promote and strengthen the training effectiveness, in which the recognition of training and enterprise training culture are the most significant factors; training contents and training time are two training system factors which influence training effectiveness most significant.
