基于岗位导向“三双、四模块、四阶段”工学结合人才培养模式探索

     

摘要

Based on career oriention, electrified railway technology specialty of Hunan Railway College of Science and Technology has analyzed the talent demand conditions, proposed the “three double, four modules and four stages” talent training pattern of working and learning combination, strongly emphasized the implication of “three double, four modules and four stages”, detailly described the “modular project-based” curriculum and the construction of “Teaching-Studying-Doing Integrative Pattern”, propoed the detailed proposition on the implementation of talent training pattern.%基于电气化铁道技术专业职业面向,湖南铁路科技职业技术学院电气化铁道技术专业分析岗位人才需求状况,构建基于岗位导向“三双、四模块、四阶段”工学结合人才培养模式,其模块化、项目化课程体系突出项目教学,课程全部以项目式结构进行设计,并借助实训室和云平台实现“教学做一体”和“空间教学”。
