农村职业教育可持续发展的瓶颈与出路

摘要

Rural vocational education is an extremely important part of vocational education in china. It assumes the missions of cultivating new rural practical talents, and new peasants who have culture, technique, dream and management methods. Based on the profound analysis of existing problems of rural vocational education’s sustainable development in our country, this paper explores bottlenecks and paths which are suitable for rural vocational education’s sustainable development from the aspects of development pattern, the external environment, teachers' training and so on.%农村职业教育是我国职业教育的重要部分，承担着为国家培养新农村实用人才，培养兼具有文化、有技术、有理想、会经营的新型农民的使命。目前，我国农村职业教育存在劳动力素质低、法律法规建设不完善、职业教育经费投入不足、师资短缺、专业设置不当等问题。应依据区域特色，城乡统筹，完善和创新农村职业教育发展模式；积极营造与构建良好的发展环境，推动农村职业教育可持续发展；完善农村职业教育体系，构建统一的职业资格证书制度。
