韩国职业技术教育与培训绿色技能开发的系统化设计

摘要

The green growth movement has become a key value that Korea’s society must now pursue. The transformation to green growth implies changes in the skills aspect, and it is necessary to pioneer vocational education and training by developing new green skills. Korea adopted green growth as a national strategy and set up necessary policies for each sector to achieve green growth. Under this government policy, the industries, universities, research institutes and the government of Korea have been reorganizing green skills development programs and training courses with the aim of creating suitably skilled manpower in the green industry sector. The policy and practice of Korea can serve as a role model for developing countries to establish effective policies and strategies to meet their growing demand for green jobs.%绿色发展已成为当前韩国社会的核心价值观，向绿色发展转型意味着技能培养方面的变化。通过在职业教育与培训项目中增加相关的绿色技能培养内容，可以满足绿色发展对于职业技能的要求，开发新型绿色技能是职业教育与培训发展的必然趋势。韩国把绿色发展作为国家战略，并已经在职业技术大学、职业技术教育和培训机构、大学以及研究生院设置绿色经济相关专业来促进专业技能型人才培养，为致力于在绿色发展方面制定有效政策和战略的国家提供了范本。
