PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business practice skill development support system for supporting early cultivation of IT engineers, in particular, leader-class human resources in order to achieve the goal of a project in IT fields.;SOLUTION: A business practice skill development support system comprises: a business practice skill management database including a table in which information relating to a target person is managed, a table in which a current business practice skill level of the target person is managed, and a table in which a goal level of a business practice skill required to the target person is managed; a database in which questions asking capabilities corresponding to fields constituting the business practice skill are registered; and a database in which training information is registered.
