民族地区职业教育近年来在国家的大力推动下,不断发展创新,形成了四川省"9+3"免费中职教育模式等典型经验.四川省"9+3"免费中职教育模式以免费教育为核心内涵,以公益性为主要特征,在政府统筹保障下,积极探索模式创新,形成了完善的工作机制和投入保障体系,推动了藏区教育事业快速发展,创新了人才培养模式,促进了就业帮扶.通过5年的实践,"9+3"计划促进了民族地区的和谐稳定,加快了民族地区人才培养步伐,改善了民族地区的民生,收到了学生满意、家长放心、社会认同的良好效果.%In recent years, under the push of government, the Vocational education in minority areas has been developing and innovating.
