高职兼职教师功能厘定与支持系统构建策略--以杭州职业技术学院为例

         

摘要

兼职教师在满足高职实践教学需求、充实高职师资队伍、优化“双师结构”以及提升人才培养质量方面发挥了重要作用。但是,当前高职兼职教师的功能发挥与理论上的期待仍存在较大差距,造成这一问题的主要原因在于:相关制度保障缺失、企业对兼职行为不支持,以及高职院校对兼职教师管理低效。在分析基础上,提出兼职教师支持系统构建策略,包括校企共推,优化兼职教师队伍;加强培养,提升兼职教师素质;专兼职教师结对,增强兼职教师育人能力;多措并举,激发兼职教师教学积极性。%Part-time teachers play an important role in meeting requirements of practice teaching in higher vocational colleges, building teaching staff, optimizing dual qualified’ teachers, and improving the quality of talent cultivation. However, for various reasons, great disparity exists between the theory and practice of the function for part-time teachers in higher vocational colleges. The reasons for this issue lie in the absence of related insurance system, enterprise’s disapproval for part-time behavior, and inefficient management of vocational colleges for part-time teachers. This thesis, on the basis of extensive analysis, suggests to construct strategy of support system about part-time teachers through optimizing teaching staff by school and enterprise community, enhancing the quality of part-time teachers by enhancing the cultivation oriented teachers, improving the ability of part-time teachers to educate by full-time teacher and part-time teacher combination, and stimulating the part-time teachers' teaching enthusiasm by implementing many measures simultaneously.
