岗位群视角下旅游管理专业课程体系的优化

摘要

The optimization and adjustment of curriculum system is one of important directions of reformation of higher education. On the basis of analysis on job requirements for undergraduates of tourism management specialty, it is necessary to deconstruct and reconstruct the professional ability and knowledge, optimize curriculum structure in accordance with the train of thought of “integration, deconstruct, increase, merger, compression”, adjust the course planning at the same time to offer courses with part of same contents by means of “seminar”, so as to adapt to students’ individuality development and market changes.%课程体系的优化与调整是高等教育改革的主要方向之一。在旅游管理专业本科生就业岗位能力要求分析的基础上，对专业能力与知识进行分解与重构，按照“整合、分解、增加、合并、压缩”的思路对课程结构进行优化，同时调整开课计划，对部分内容交错的课程采取“专题讲座”的方式开设，以适应学生个性发展和市场变化。
