技术人文性视域下的职业教育观

         

摘要

人格本位的回归是教育发展追求的本真,而人文性理念的彰显则是职业教育改革遵循的价值取向。文章通过厘清技术、异化、理性等概念的基本内涵,分析了当前职业教育人文精神的失落,提出通过回归人格本位教学模式,加强职业道德教育,结合人文精神和专业精神等途径培养适应经济发展方式转变、现代产业体系建设的具有完善人格的人才。%The regression of personality-based education is the authenticity in education development. Proposing humanity can offer the leading role of value in the reform of vocational education. In this article, the concepts of technology, alienation and rationality are represented. By stating the technical rationality in terms of humanity, the loss of humanistic spirit in vocational and technical education is revealed. And then, the mode of returning personality-based education is proposed. At the same time, we also use the way of enhancing the professional ethics teaching and combining the humanities spirit with professionalism to cultivate excellent talents who can adapt to the transformation of economic development patterns and the modern industrial system.
