对于培养复合型外语人才的探讨

当今社会需要的外语人才是具有扎实的语言基本功,具备一定相关专业知识,口径宽,社会适应性强,有相当应用能力的复合型外语人才.本文分析对比了目前较为常见的复合型外语人才的培养模式,总结了复合型外语人才培养过程中应注意的问题,以期对复合型外语人才的培养起到一定的借鉴作用.%What the modern society need is the compound talents in English major who are not only good in English but in professional knowledge and have high social adaptability. The article analyzed the different training models of the compound talents in English major and their advantages as well as the disadvantages, and summed up the issues that should be paid attention to during the cultivation with the purpose to do contribution to the talent cultivation.
