昆明近郊旅游与旅游地产耦合协调度研究——以星河温泉小镇为例

     

摘要

文章在阐述昆明近郊旅游与旅游地产相互协调发展的基础上,建立了近郊旅游业系统——旅游地产系统的耦合协调度指标体系,并引入耦合协调度模型及计算方法,以星河温泉小镇为例,对其近期旅游业及旅游地产的耦合协调度进行了实证分析.研究结果表明,星河温泉小镇的旅游业及旅游地产处于高度耦合中级协调阶段,其旅游业及旅游地产都具备广阔的发展空间,且旅游业相对于旅游地产发展较为落后,文章藉此提出了星河温泉小镇的发展建议.%On the basis of describing the harmonious development between suburban travel of Kunming and tourism real estate, this article establishes index system of coupling coordinative degree between tourism system and tourism real estate system, and utilizes coupling coordinative degree model and its calculation method, uses the Xing He Spa town as an example for empirical analysis. The results show that the tourism and tourism real estate of Xing He Spa town is highly coupled and intermediate coordination, and both of them have broad space for development. But the tourism as opposed to tourism real estate development is lagging behind. At last, this article proposes development proposals for Xing He Spa town.
