提高高职院校形势与政策课教学实效性的探索

摘要

加强形势与政策教育是实现高职院校人才培养目标的必然要求和大学生健康成长的重要保障。高职院校形势与政策教育工作在实践探索中取得了一定的成绩，但是也存在着不容忽视的问题。因此，高职院校要不断提高认识，加强领导，完善体制机制建设；刻苦钻研教学内容，提高理论说服力；创新教学方式方法，增强教学效果；壮大师资队伍，提高教学质量。%To strengthen the education of situation and policy is the inevitable requirement to realize the goal of higher vocational education and important guarantee for college students' healthy growth. The situation and policy education in higher vocational colleges has obtained certain achievement in the practice exploration, but there are still some problems. Therefore, higher vocational colleges need to deepen the understanding, strengthen leadership, and improve the institutional construction. They should study the teaching content assiduously to improve the theory persuasion, use innovative teaching methods to enhance the teaching effect and strengthen the teachers team to improve the quality of teaching.
