黑龙江省高校中外合作办学发展研究

摘要

黑龙江省高校中外合作办学从1995年起步至今,伴随着我国改革开放的不断深入,教育国际化的持续加强,实现了跨越式的发展.但是,在快速发展的同时,不可避免地出现了各种各样的问题,本文从实际出发,对黑龙江省高校中外合作办学的发展现状及其存在的问题进行了分析,进而对黑龙江省高校中外合作办学的发展进行研究,并提出相应的对策.%The Sino-foreign cooperation schools in Heilongjiang province started from 1995,and with the deepening of China's reform and opening up and continuing strengthening of education internationalization,have achieved leapfrog development.However,in the rapid development,inevitably,there is a variety of problems.This article embarks from the reality,makes an analysis of the development status of the Sino-foreign joint education in colleges and universities of Heilongjiang province and the existing problems,then studies the development,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
