轨道交通的新型投融资模式浅析

摘要

The importance of new financing modes in the urban rail-transit construction was analyzed based on the characteristics of urban rail-transit.The mechanism and implementation of different modes were elaborated.Compared in five different respects,the applicability of different modes was summarized.This study provides a theoretical basis for the financing mode choice in the rail-transit construction.%通过对城市轨道交通的特征进行分析，了解投融资模式在建设项目中的重要性。简述几类常见投融资模式的本质内涵和实施过程，总结不同模式的适应性，并从5个方面进行横向比较。从理论角度为新型投融资模式的选择提供依据。
