针对物体温度分布的检测,设计了一种新型的智能温度测试装置.该装置采用多红外传感器阵列结构,引入BP神经网络算法对测试数据进行自动补偿与非线性校正,运用基于均值的融合算法对数据进行融合处理,同时,在装置中采用集成温度传感器进行环境温度补偿.与采用红外热像仪进行温度分布检测相比,该装置具有测温精度高、兼容性强、测试成本低、易于维护等优点.%For the detection of the temperature distribution, a new kind of intelligent temperature testing device is designed. The device adopts the structure of the multiinfrared sensors array, a new algorithm used in BP neural network is proposed to realize the automatic compensation and nonlinearity correction. And it uses the fusion method based on meaning value to process datas. In the intelligent temperature testing device, there is an integrated temperature sensor which is used for temperature compensation. Compared with the infrared thermal imager, the temperature testing device has some advantages, such as high precision, good compatibility, low cost and easy to maintain,etc.
