基于MEMS的PHM系统微传感器网络节点设计

             

摘要

为实现仓储导弹装备的故障预测和健康管理(PHM)系统,研究基于MEMS传感器的导弹状态监测节点.以整合射频模块的微功耗单片机CC430F5133为核心,由微传感器模块采集状态信息,并经无线射频传输与上级ARM控制器实现实时通信,解决了节点长期稳定供电、复合传感器立体结构设计和安装等关键技术.该节点具有体积小,布置灵活,对监测对象无影响,功耗低,连续监测时间长等特点,能实现长期无人值守下的信息采集与实时上传,较好地完成了状态信息采集终端的功能.%In order to realize the fault prognostics and health management ( PHM) system for guided missile, missile state monitoring nodes based on MEMS sensors is designed. Micro power consumption single chip CC430F5133 with RF module is used as core, the information of state is collected by micro-sensor realtime communication is realized with ARM controller by RF transmission. This node has the characteristic of small size, easy to layout, low power consumption, continuous operation for long time and so on. It preferably realizes the function of information collecting terminal of system.
