设计开发了一种旋转机械设备运行状态远程监测系统,对旋转机械设备的振动信号进行采集,将采集的振动数据通过以太网模块传输至路由器,再通过因特网传输至上位机.上位机采用固有时间尺度分解(ITD)方法对振动信号进行分解,对分解后的固有旋转(PR)分量绘制Teager能量谱,提取旋转机械设备振动信号的幅频特性.系统可实现振动信号的采集、传输及存储,实验表明:ITD结合Teager能量算子的方法可有效地检测出振动信号的幅频特性.%A kind of remote monitoring system is designed and developed.This system collects vibrating signals generated by rotating machinery,and transmits to router by Ethernet module,and then transmits to upper computer through Internet.The intrinsic time scale decomposition(ITD) is introduced to decompose the collected vibrating signals on upper PC,so that the Teager energy spectrum can be drawn through proper rotation (PR)components,from which the characteristics of vibrating signal of rotating machinery can be extracted.This system is capable of collecting,transfmitting and storage of the vibrating signals,experimental results indicate that the method of ITD combining with Teager energy operator can effectively detect and amplitude frequency characteristics of vibrating signals.
