差动式杠杆增敏结构FBG倾角传感器

     

摘要

研制了一种差动式杠杆增敏结构光纤Bragg光栅(FBG)倾角传感器,轻质杆通过杠杆增敏加压原理把质量球的倾斜量转化为悬臂梁的挠度变化,最终引起FBG波长的变化.推导了其数学模型,根据理论计算的数据加工传感器,并对该传感器进行了倾角标定实验和重复性实验.实验结果表明:FBG倾角传感器量程范围-40°~40°,倾角传感器的灵敏度为28.6 pm/(°),拟合度R2为0.997,重复性为0.92%.%A kind of differential leverage sensitization structure fiber Bragg grating (FBG)tilt angle sensor is developed.The tilt of the mass ball is converted to the perturbation of the cantilever beam by the leverage sensitization and pressure principle,and it eventually leads to changes in the wavelength of the FBG.Its mathematical model is derived.The sensor is processed according to the theoretical calculation,and the calibration test and repeatability test of the sensor are carried out.The experimental results show that the range of the FBG tilt sensor is-40°~40°,the sensitivity of the tilt sensor is 28.6 pm/(o),the fitting degree of R2 is 0.997,and the repeatability is 0.92 %.
