在分析基于洛伦兹力机理的电磁超声周向导波检测原理的基础上,通过实验方式研究传感器参数对检测信号幅值的影响,根据实验结果确定了传感器参数.设计并制作了电磁超声周向导波传感器.对所研制的传感器进行性能测试,结果表明:该传感器能检测出Φ3.2 mm的通孔缺陷.%On the basis of analyzing testing principle of ultrasonic guided circumferential wave transducer based on the Lorentz mechanism,influence of transducer parameters on amplitude of detected signal is studied by experiments,and parameters of transducer are determined according to experimental result. Electromagnetic ultrasonic wave circumferential guide transducers are designed and fabricated. Performance test result of transducer shows that the transducer can detect the through-hole defect with 5 mm diameter.
