胶层对加速度计零位偏值误差的影响研究

     

摘要

Zero error is one of the important indexes of inertial sensors such as accelerometers,so it is of great significance to study the effect factors of zero error to improve the performance of the device. According to the structure and assembly characteristic of a certain type of accelerometer,the generating principle of zero error of accelerometer is analyzed,error model is established,the effect of the adhesive layer geometry error on accelerometer zero error value is analyzed with ABAQUS finite element simulation software. The results indicate the thickness deviation and contact area deviation of the adhesive layer have great effect on zero error value of the accelerometer,so they should be strictly controlled in a certain range in the assembly process,this conclusion provides theoretical basis for the improvement of the performance and assembly process of accelerometer.%零位偏值误差是加速度计等惯性传感器件的重要指标之一,研究零位偏差的影响因素对提高器件的性能具有重要意义.根据某型号加速度计的结构和装配特点,分析了加速度计零位偏值误差的产生机理,建立了误差模型,采用有限元仿真软件ABAQUS分析了胶层几何误差对加速度计零位偏值误差的影响.结果表明:胶层的厚度偏差与接触面积偏差对加速度计零位偏值误差均有较大的影响,因此,在装配过程中,应将胶层的厚度误差与接触面积误差分别控制在一定范围内,研究结论为加速度计性能的提高与装配工艺的改进提供了理论依据.
